The start of the new year is a great time to get out your calendar and plan ahead for the year's PR opportunities.You may have new product launches in the pipeline or a new business deal on the horizon. If so, don't underestimate the time you need to do your PR.
Get your press release written and photography organised sooner rather than later and remember good PR is all about timing. Most magazines work 2-3 editions out so you might need to contact them 3-4 months out! Now is also a great time to update your media contacts lists!
